Hi! I was born and raised in Baldwin Co, and I have travelled just about every road here over the course of my life. I have watched Baldwin Co. grow from a quiet farming community to a dream destination for both visitors and residents! I am familiar with all parts of the County and can offer advice on many different aspects of life here. I have children who attend school in Baldwin Co and are involved in many sports activities. You can find me often at a sports field, on the water, enjoying live music, or at a fitness class. After working at other real estate brokerages since 2012, I founded Coastal Living Properties in January 2017. I pursued my license in FL shortly thereafter and expanded my sales territory to include Perdido Key, FL as well. I have extensive experience working with Sellers, Buyers, and Investors of luxury condos, single family homes, multi-family complexes, and lots/land. I can prepare rental pro formas to list expenses and expected rental income in order to project financial profits/losses. I also offer vacation rental Property Management services. I also have a specialized certification as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist. My husband Matt owns Baldwin Truss Company, a truss engineering design and manufacturing company in Summerdale. BTC provides trusses for both residential and commercial projects, with a focus on large waterfront homes in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

Through this business, I have learned a lot about home construction and have the opportunity to network with many local builders. I stay on top of market trends, have purchased and sold several investment properties personally, and am able to offer advice on getting a property ready for sale.
